Job Description
- Managing of refrigeration technicians’ team and ensuring their adherence to GEPD SOPs, manufacturer documentation, and equipment manuals.
- Monitoring equipment performance, identifying potential problems with operation or maintenance, and making repairs as needed.
- Managing spare parts, consumables, and tooling inventory.
- Having a detailed knowledge of compressors, condensers, and other components of refrigeration systems.
- Supporting and training personnel in the system operations.
- Handling all necessary documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with the safety standards and adhering to all international applicable standard requirements.
- Maintaining Refrigerator units.
Job Requirements
- University degree in electrical /Mech.engineering.
- V. good command of the English Language (written & spoken).
- Excellent Microsoft Office user.
- 1-3 years experience in cold & freezing rooms and tunnel fields.
- V. good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good adaptability & teamwork skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
