Job Description
We are looking for an Odoo Project Leader / Implementer to join our team and support the successful implementation of Odoo ERP solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure Odoo applications, provide training, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, and client interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Odoo configuration and implementation
- Data migration
- User training and support
- User testing and validation
- Gap analysis and identifying customizations with the development team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration
- 2-3 years of experience in implementation of business analysis
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP modules
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Excellent data management skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agile and Real estate experience is a plus
