Job Description
- Prepare monthly payroll and periodic report
- Provide salary scheme for the newly hired employees in accordance with the ‘Grading and Salary Structure’
- Intervene between benefits providers and employees to resolve concerns and handle employees' benefits-related questions.
- Administrate & implement employees’ Compensation & benefit Schemes in accordance to the latest approved policy and procedures.
- Implement Merit Increases, Merit Bonus, adjustments & Promotions according to Performance Appraisal ratings, as well as managers’ recommendations
- Prepare C & B monthly reports (payroll, headcount, social insurance, salaries reports, reconciliation and net payment) and any other required analysis reports.
- Creates a system for the categorization of jobs into levels and classes.
- Prepares the compensation and benefits draft budget & People cost, including the regular monitoring, reporting, changes analysis and adjusting of the budget
- Analyze different components of the C&B scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Reviewing analytical reports NWDC (HC, Basic Salary, Journal Entry)
- Entering advances, reviewing analytical reports NW E (HC, Basic Salary, and Journal Entry).
- Printing reports, preparing bank letters.
- Transfer date, Pay slips Distribution, Answering Employees Inquiries.
- Delivering Finance Reports, Posting Payroll to the Ledger.
- Prepare the annual and quarterly Tax settlement and reconciliation .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration / Commerce / Economy / Human Resources / Mathematics.
- HR Certificate or Diploma.
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant HR position.
- Advanced and very solid Knowledge with MS Applications especially Excel , power query .
- Very Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Team building and direct people management experience in a team-oriented workplace
- Writes and speaks excellent English
- HRIS knowledge is a must HITS , Odoo or MENAITECH .
