Job Description

  •  Prepare monthly payroll and periodic report 
  •  Provide salary scheme for the newly hired employees in accordance with the ‘Grading and Salary Structure’
  •  Intervene between benefits providers and employees to resolve concerns and handle employees' benefits-related questions.
  •  Administrate & implement employees’ Compensation & benefit Schemes in accordance to the latest approved policy and procedures.
  •  Implement Merit Increases, Merit Bonus, adjustments & Promotions according to Performance Appraisal ratings, as well as managers’ recommendations
  •  Prepare C & B monthly reports (payroll, headcount, social insurance, salaries reports, reconciliation and net payment) and any other required analysis reports.
  •  Creates a system for the categorization of jobs into levels and classes.
  •  Prepares the compensation and benefits draft budget & People cost, including the regular monitoring, reporting, changes analysis and adjusting of the budget
  •  Analyze different components of the C&B scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
  •  Reviewing analytical reports NWDC (HC, Basic Salary, Journal Entry)
  •  Entering advances, reviewing analytical reports NW E (HC, Basic Salary, and Journal Entry).
  •  Printing reports, preparing bank letters.
  •  Transfer date, Pay slips Distribution, Answering Employees Inquiries.
  •  Delivering Finance Reports, Posting Payroll to the Ledger.
  •  Prepare the annual and quarterly Tax settlement and reconciliation .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration / Commerce / Economy / Human Resources / Mathematics.
  • HR Certificate or Diploma.
  • 3-5 years of experience  in relevant HR position.
  • Advanced and very solid  Knowledge with MS Applications especially Excel , power query .
  • Very Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Team building and direct people management experience in a team-oriented workplace
  • Writes and speaks excellent English
  • HRIS knowledge is a must  HITS ,  Odoo or MENAITECH  .
