Job Description
Role Summary
- You are creative, relentless and a storyteller?
- This is an exciting position in which you will be responsible for driving OZAMBA’S
- digital and editorial.
- You will be equally at ease with writing and strategy but also in being the catalyst
- of implementing a given plan.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the Group Strategy and roadmap
- Develop and Implement the Division Strategy
- Develop and enhance the international communication and guidelines strategy
- Create compelling stories
- Conduct research for potential stories
- Write and proofread compelling stories
- Identify prospective partners
- Create and develop processes
- Manage strategic projects in either sports and/or entertainment
- Create and develop CSR programs
- Carry out market research and lead benchmarking
- Identify, create, develop and strengthen strategic business relationships and
- opportunities
- Gather and translate customer insights & data into initiatives
- Maintain a sound knowledge of trends to enhance processes
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
- Prior experience in Public Relations.
- Prior experience in Social Media Management.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency or very good command of French.
- (Desired) Fluency in Arabic.
- (Optional) Fluency in a fourth language.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Ability to produce videos.
- Ability to create storytelling and narration.
- Strong ability to influence and build solid relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and levels.
- Highly collaborative approach with strong emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work autonomously, deliver results, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Exceptional people skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking with attention to detail.
- Ability to create and deliver clear, powerful, and concise messages/presentations.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and active listening skills.
