Job Description
The Level III MSP/NOC Engineer is a senior technical position responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the IT infrastructure and network systems for our clients. This role involves providing expert-level support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our clients' IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Level I, Level 1.5, and Level II engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patch management to ensure system security and stability.
- Must be versed in basic Support of AP’s, WAN and LAN networks.
- Able to work on simple and complex network environments to troubleshoot any number of problems.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including firewall configurations, access controls, and threat detection.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations as needed.
- Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, system changes, and client environments.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or improvements to enhance client systems and operations.
- Promotes a culture of learning and growth for Tier 2 Support Engineers.

The Senior NOC Engineer - Juniper Level III TAC is a senior technical position responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the IT infrastructure and network systems for our clients. This role involves providing expert-level support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our clients' IT environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area
- 4+ years' of experience with Juniper Networks environment.
- JNCIS or JNCIP ENT/SP knowledge level is a MUST.
- English fluency level b2+ or c1.
- 4+ years IT experience in a help desk, service desk, desktop support, system administrator or network administrator position.
- 4+ years troubleshooting networks.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Kaseya, etc.
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, honor rules of engagement, and follow policies, processes, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
