Job Description
- Reviewing Contracts & Preparing Sub-contractors Contracts
- Contract Negotiations with vendors, suppliers & subcontractors to secure favorable terms & pricing for the company
- Collaborate with project managers & legal team to ensure contracts are aligned with project requirements & company objective
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal & company standards
- Coordination between project stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bs Degree in civil or architecture engineering ( Males )
- Minimum 4 years` experience in same role is a must
- Excellent knowledge of different forms of contracts ( especially FIDIC )
- Strong understanding of tendering procedures, procurement processes, cost estimation & contract law and negotiations
