Job Description
- Managing wholesales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales and profit target.
- Establish and update monthly offers (price , items ,Qty.) to develop sales and GP, and managing the team to provide monthly market survey
- Flow up and review customers credit limits and renew
- Review financial statement and KPI’s reports
- Plan to develop and implement special sales activities to reduce over stock.
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment.
- Follow up expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Ensure having a written weekly / monthly plan for his team includes sales calls / visits indicating places and customers' names.
- Responsible for maintain business relationships with current wholesale customers and prospective customers to generate new business.
- Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action.
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
- 7 years’ experience or 3 years in a similar sales position in the Automotive industry.
- Proficient use of computer applications and software.
- Very good command of English.
