Job Description
- Gathering Project Requirements: Hold meetings with the functional team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Client Satisfaction: Discuss business solutions with the functional team and make sure that the proposed solution will be satisfying for the clients
- Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including developers and operations staff.
- Project progress: Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, making necessary adjustments as required.
- Projects Risk Management: Manage project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Project Quality: Ensure adherence to project quality standards throughout the development process.
- Communication Management: Manage project communication effectively, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues or risks that arise.
- Project Improvements: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the software development lifecycle.
- Development Follow up: Ensure that all software development best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Pre-Sales Cooperation: Cooperate with the presales team to Give a demo “presentation” for a client.
- Implementation: Implement and configure ERP applications.
- Project time frame: set a time frame and communicate about the project status to meet the deadline and Deploy data to Go live
- Change Management: Effectively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs assess the impact of changes, and communicate accordingly.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets and track and report project financials.
- Training: Conduct Training for end users and follow up with the client to identify issues if any and or questions either technical or functional.
- Team Management: Create a healthy teamwork environment, and open communication culture, motivate team members, discover training needs, and set KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Advanced Qualification: Project management certificate (PMP) is a plus.
- Total required experience: 5+ years of experience in software development project management and managing large, complex projects is preferred.
- Technologies and tools:
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Odoo , ERP Software is a plus.
- Skills and Capabilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Familiarity with software development technologies such as Python.
- Strong interpersonal skills and great teamwork qualities, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Continued follow-up with all stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction from the client side
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
