Job Description
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to assist the Marketing and Sales Director in executing digital marketing efforts. The position’s key responsibilities include:
- Create and publish engaging content for our digital marketing channels (e. g. Social Media, Website, Blog und Newsletter).
- Support the creation of marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, datasheets).
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Keep current with the latest tools and AI advancements to enhance and automate marketing workflows.
- Monitor and improve SEO/SEA performance and analyze website statistics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Manage and update the CRM and marketing databases.
- Prepare and manage online advertising campaigns (e. g. Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Coordinate sponsored content, online banners, and partnerships.
- Track KPIs and campaign performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
- Contribute to event promotion and communication activities as needed.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Proficient in working with content management systems (CMS), especially WordPress.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Knowledge of SEO/SEA tools and website analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- Creative, analytical, and detail oriented.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Comfortable working with a global team in a multicultural environment.
