Internship Description
- Coordinate daily supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any transportation issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, production, and sales to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments using ERP or supply chain management systems.
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, costs, and inventory status for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards throughout the supply chain process.
- Support the implementation of new supply chain strategies, technologies, and best practices.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding order status, inventory, and delivery schedules.
