Job Description
● Manage the order lifecycle from initiation to closure
● Communicate with the concerned party about the status of orders, claims, and solutions.
● Prepare and present reports on order performance and customer satisfaction.
● Manage the team’s adherence to production schedule, task delegations, and output deliveries.
● Align the team members with the ready orders, assembly, and delivery schedule.
● Provide support to all manufacturing and inventory-keeping activities.
● Develop and implement planning strategies to optimize resources, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
● Manage the claim cycle from receipt to resolution for customer complaints and feedback.
● Ensure timely and satisfactory completion of claims within the agreed timeframe and budget.
● Document and report the claim status, issues, and solutions to the management and customers.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields of study.
● 2-3 years of experience in furniture planning, or production.
● Proficient in Google Suite, especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
● Experience with planning software, such as Odoo or similar systems.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
