Social Media Specialist - Celebrities Tracking

Tracking and covering celebrity diaries on social media, including all events related to the company in its own system, as well as providing video coverage of the company's celebrities daily.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

• Below is a list of material responsibilities and essentials duties which must be completed to achieve the objectives of this position.
• Follow departmental objectives which based on market competitors, celebrities needs.
• market trends analysis and celebrities engagement levels analysis in order to contribute to the improvement of targeting and re-targeting celebrities tracking methods
• Monitors publish knowledge or Boutiqaat product on celebrities accounts daily  Review celebrities' pages based on bar codes and agreed Boutiqaat products and standards in social media platform.
• Recording celebrities daily and take approve on all date from team Manager daily to proceed
• Resolve any problem in the event which reflect negatively on Boutiqaat brands  Implement all events data on the system accurately
• Tracking daily advertising event of our celebrities in social media platforms and enters the events with the company's products labels on company's system and ensure that the same events unrepeated.
• Analyse and report the impact of digital activities on brand awareness through defining the ROI of social media celebrities by identifying the number of audience target through social media platforms that show interest in Boutiqaat.
• Sharing knowledge weekly with digital team through analytical reports to achieve their goals during ongoing celebrities' events.
• Follow up on celebrities' calendar to organize progress till the deadline
• Prepare and establish Daily and Monthly reports on celebrity tracking
• Report to management about the celebrities who are doing a competitive advertising for the company or exclusive brand.
• Provide solutions to meet and exceed customers' expectations.
