Arranges for the execution of the packaging orders as received from the Warehouse considering due dates and overtime planning.
Lead the printing, folding, blistering of all products.
Handling all product packaging issues including documentation.
Ensures proper delivery of finished products to the Warehouse.
Prepares documentation for newly produced products.
Ensures the documentation of the batch record during the packaging process.
Secures the compliance with all company safety policies & practices.
Ensures that all procedures meet GMP standards.
Provides on the job training to departmental employees.
Manages & supervises departmental employees, assigns work and special projects as assigned by the Production Manager , monitors workload and productivity, evaluates performance and promotes staff training and development.
Coordinates with the departments of Logistics, Production, Engineering, QC, QA and Warehouse to achieve departmental and company objectives.
Identifies, records and updates the various aspects within the department and their impact on the environment.
Participates in setting implementing and amending the environmental programs.
Determines and identifies the emergency situations in the department.
Ensures that the disposal of waste in the department is effected in line with the waste management policy.
Carries out periodical environmental awareness sessions to the employees in the department.
Assures that all process are complying with ISO 9001:2015 and 14001 regulations.

A B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemistry is required.
Not less than 13 Years of Professional experience in the field is considered a necessity in order that the job holder has acquired a familiarization with the issues.
