Qualifications:                                                                                                    

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• From 1 to 2 years’ experience in reservation, ticketing, and fare policy, preferably in airline industry.
• Advanced Amadeus using skills with 2-year experience.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
• Excellent Arabic and English language communication skills Spoken/Written.
• Very good knowledge of aviation products.
• High learning agility
• High problem solving and stress management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Very good selling and customer service skills
• Presentable.
• Residency near to Sheraton area, Heliopolis, Cairo.
