Job Description
- To run preparation plant from Scada system to achieve best productivity keeping in mind food safety as priority with best quality under safe condition and safe behavior for subordinates.
- Follow up plant running procedure, start up and shutdown procedure
- Make troubleshooting for process operation and introduce solutions.
- Communicate any hazard for the preparation plant immediately with clear description.
- Cooperate with other department maintenance, quality, safety to achieve best work environment.
- Make daily preparation tour to check performance for all equipment and a sure safe area and hazard clear
- Make coordination between preparation and extraction area to achieve continuous feed from product to extraction area
- Check the samples for deferent product and take action to correct any deviation from our standard
- Perform plant safety inspection tour
- Perform plant housekeeping inspection tour
- To be apple to work in other areas inside the plant according to production needs.
- Guide subordinates which work in site by clear instruction.
- Give information and training for new hired engineers
- Identify the yearly performance goal and review it every 3 months with manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Agriculture, Production, Chemical
- Excellent technical skills.
- Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
- Good Computer Skills
- Very Good in English
- Ready to work as a shift engineer.

- From 2 - 5 years’ experience
- Male only
