Job Description:
● Providing technical support to customers through the implementation of all customer support requests, including installation design and work, diagnosing problems, carrying out repairs and maintenance testing, whether in the maintenance workshop or the customer’s site.
● Carry out an inspection of the devices in terms of (type, number of days and the number of devices that need a preventive or comprehensive lifespan)
● Executing control and calibration services and participating in preventive maintenance
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
● Proven working experience in mechanical engineering.
● Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid works or other).
● BSc degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
● Experience (1-3 years).
● Only Cairo residents can apply (preferable Maadi or Helwan).
Job Details:
● Location: Maadi.
● Working hours: from 8 to 5.
● Days off: Friday and Saturday.
