Job Description
- Prepare, review, and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
- Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth documentation flow and customs clearance.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to arrange shipments, resolve issues, and track cargo.
- Check all freight company invoices & ensure that all details as agreed.
- Follow up with planning team & warehouse team with all process.
- Fully knowledgeable with shipping line to find best rates.
- On good terms with shipping liens with good communication.
- Monitor changes in customs regulations and tariff codes and update internal systems and processes accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customs authorities, regulatory agencies, suppliers, and customers.
Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in the same field
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Supply Chain prefer from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport
- CLTD Certified
- Experience in Logistics & Custom clearance
