Job Description
- Reporting directly to CBU security manager, the responsibility, and tasks in regard of people, assets,
as following: - Will be the key contact of sites security.
- Responsible for day-to-day security operations for Obour.
- Operates risk analysis for sites (plant – Warehouses).
- Responsible for identifying & develop the proper process & procedures for the security operations
with full understanding of each site operations statues. - Responsible of develop & design security documents.
- Site Security Plan.
- Site Security Manual.
- Managing the outsource security company through the daily monitoring and the monthly
meeting also evaluating their KPIs. - Must have an efficient contact with government security bodies on local level, Police, Armed
forces, civil defense. - The key contact of the security equipment’s suppliers in sustaining & develop the efficiency (CCTV –
Radios- …etc). - Responsible of training the security teams on security topics & coordinate with SHE for first aid,
Firefighting, self-defense, working ethics, values. - Participate in investigations in case of losses.
- Prepare the required security reports.
- Support the CBU security manager for any security topics per to requirements.
Job Requirements
- Candidates competencies:
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in military sciences, police sciences or others.
- Has 3 -5 years of experience in private security & managing security teams.
- Has experience in dealing with security services & security equipment suppliers.
- Has experience in security policies & procedures.
- Ability to understand business requirements and security risk mitigations.
- Working hours flexibility & mobility.
- English & MS skills are a must.
