Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various positions in manufacturing company in Alexandria.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms, and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct screening/ validation interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Manage candidate databases and keep track of applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain strong communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain reports and keep records of all recruitment activities.
- Stay updated with current recruiting trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Extensive experience in recruitment, with 4 to 7 years of experience.
- Skilled in headhunting and identifying top talent.
- Previous experience as a freelance recruiter is preferred.
- Manufacturing industry background is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets.
- We are not restricted to Alexandria residents.
