Job Title:  HR Supervisor
Job Location: Cairo, CBD
Employment Type: 1 year Fixed Contract 

Job Description:

  • Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks.
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between employees and Human Resources.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Calculate monthly wages,social securities,general taxes and deal with related HR functions  and duties to meet local employment law.
  • Work closely with social security department to avoid any employment risks.
  • Register and deal with all payroll,social security,taxes related payment to social security department and tax department.
  • Produce feasible HR regulations and management rules to conduct.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Good time-management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Previous work experience in  HR function is an advantage.

Language:

  • Arabic(Required)
  • Chinese Mandarin (Required)
  • English(Preferable)
