Job Title:  HR Supervisor
Job Location: Cairo, CBD
Employment Type: 1 year Fixed Contract 

Job Description:

• Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure smooth flow of information between employees and Human Resources.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Calculate monthly wages，social securities，general taxes and deal with related HR functions  and duties to meet local employment law.
• Work closely with social security department to avoid any employment risks.
• Register and deal with all payroll，social security，taxes related payment to social security department and tax department.
• Produce feasible HR regulations and management rules to conduct.
