Job Description
- Export daily orders and prepare them for shipping
- Send daily stock in the morning by 10am to store to process picking and packing
- Update Fulfillment stocks in the ERP
- Audit orders and check for errors made by sales persons and communicate for corrections.
- Assign shipping methods to orders based on the location stock availability
- Cancel daily canceled orders submitted by sales team before dispatching any order.
- Prepare and generate awb for orders ready and send to store for dispatch.
- Audit orders to make sure all shipped others are validated.
- Create and update daily logistics folders in the server
- Receive and process reverse and replacement shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping companies to solve issues arising.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
