Job Description
- Greet patients & register new patients and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
- Verify and update patient information in the data system
- Inform patients of dental office procedures and policy
- Schedule patients appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol
- Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
- Handle angry patients
- Responsible for patient satisfaction
- Maintain a professional reception area
Working Conditions:
- Working Days ( 5 Days per week )
- Days off: Two days off
Job Requirements
- Professional attitude and appearance

- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
