Job Description

We are a company specializing in designing & manufacturing acrylic products (furniture, decorations, gifts, etc.), and we are looking for a Sales Admin / Secretary to join our team:

 

  • Provide all kinds of administrative support to enable the sales department to run efficiently and achieve company goals.
  • Update and maintain the customers' database regularly.
  • Prepare and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Contact clients via phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Moderate the company’s social media pages by replying to comments and messages.
  • Coordinate and organize sales team activities.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
  • Presentable, with strong communication skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Residence in Badr City or near is preferable.
