Job Description
- Prepare, review, and analyze detailed cost reports on a monthly basis.
- Track project expenses and perform variance analysis to ensure cost efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in cost accounting, preferably in the real estate development or construction industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
