Senior Marketing Specialist

• Conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. 

• Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies.

• Perform extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data driven marketing campaigns and meet organization-wide strategic goals.

• Lead projects to develop marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and long-term strategies.

• Developing and delivering new & creative merchandising ideas to make sure of customer satisfaction been achieved. 

• Oversee implementation of all activities for retail, outlets & coloring centers and renewal or updating the interior designs.

• Monitor and follow-up designs of showrooms, retailers and outlets of the competitors’ in terms of quality, availability, marketing activities and promotions.

• Put and execute outlets and retail environment, coloring centers' plans, Initiatives, and analyzing.

• Check performance of outlets, retail marketing and promotional activities and prepare the required reports for the direct superior.

• Suggest and execute different ideas to display products in all retail shops categories on improving the image and display for the company’s product.

• Planning and implementing shop merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow for customer satisfaction in appearance and image.

• Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.

• Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
