Job Summary:-
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for greeting guests, handling incoming calls, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle basic inquiries and refer complex queries to the appropriate department.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years relevant experience in a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service attitude
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ( Business, Commerce, etc. )
