Job Description

Job Summary:-

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for greeting guests, handling incoming calls, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Handle basic inquiries and refer complex queries to the appropriate department.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field  ( Business, Commerce, etc. )
