Job Description
- Communicating with customers through various channels (telephone, online chat, or in person) to provide support and information on services.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

- Knowing our Services inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
- Understanding of how CRM systems work.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline while maintaining the professional standards.
