Job Description

● Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation and ensure relevance.
● Write compelling copy, scripts, and captions that enhance visual storytelling and drive audience engagement.
● Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all channels.
● Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific best practices to maximize reach and impact.
● Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
● 3 to 4 years of proven experience in content creation, preferably within a media production or digital marketing environment.
● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia content across different platforms.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
● Proficiency in content management systems and digital publishing tools.
● Solid understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based setting.
● Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and adapt to evolving trends.
● Experience with analytics tools to measure content performance and inform strategy.
