Job Description
- Prepare and analyze financial costs for construction projects.
- Develop budget estimates and profit and loss reports.
- Monitor financial accounts and accurately record accounting data.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management.
- Manage payment transactions, collections, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing tax reports and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Must have excellent proficiency in the English language.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or any other relevant software).
- Strong knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for work.
