Job Description
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand project objectives and deliver on visual storytelling goals.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style.
- Review and revise edits based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Organize and archive video assets for efficient retrieval and future use.
- Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Optimize videos for different formats and platforms, including social media and web.
- Assist in the development of creative concepts and storyboards as needed.

Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to receive and implement feedback.
- Experience with color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual content creation.
- Portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work.
