Job Description
- Assist in the back end on websites and social media and follow up with agencies on prompt action.
- Analyse market trends and recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Create social media and Google campaigns including content, management, and analytics in-house and/ or through agencies.
- Prompt Content management on the website, by using content strategy best practices.
- Plan all web, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
- Create a line of communication with operations team for new campaign feedback updates .
Job Requirements
- Presentable.
- At least 6 Months Experience in real estate.
- Good writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Professional in using Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Passion for working with social networking and social analytics tools.
- Knowledge of online marketing and an excellent understanding of major marketing channels.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office "Word - Excel".
