Job Description
For a Leading distribution company in Tobacco industry, located in Giza, we are looking for Warehouse Supervisors who will supervise a team of Warehouse assistants and operators across 4 regions (Delta, Upper Egypt, Alex., and Cairo).
Responsibilities
- Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in warehouse performance.
- Prepare workflows and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Ensure Good warehousing practices are followed in their branches.
- Ensure fulfilling loading requirements for all sales channels on time.
- Supervise the warehouse operators.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in logistics, supply chain or business administration
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Good organizational and time management skills
