Job Description
- Maintain and manage all electronic and hard-copy documents.
- Establish and maintain a filing system for documents, ensuring ease of retrieval.
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date and correctly filed.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Perform regular audits of documentation and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes and procedures.
- Train staff on document control processes and procedures.
- Manage the distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that all distributed documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of all documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure document consistency and completeness.
- Use document control software and tools to manage documents.
- Stay updated on the latest document management technologies and best practices.
- Provide support and assistance to project teams and other departments as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and reviews.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Familiarity with project management
- Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
- BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field
