Job Description
- Provide technical supporting to All LG svc centers, ESCs and ASCs for Air Conditioners & Refrigerators.
- Develop Training materials and manuals for (new models, common defects, new symptoms, hard repair cases and MOT)
- Increase Technician level through regular training & evaluation.
- Monitor & improve SVC Quality through reclaiming analysis.
- Improve AC & Refrigerators field Quality through repair raw data analysis
- Pre Launching Models Testing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering [Electronics & communication is preferred]
- 4~8 Years Exp.
- Good English at least
- V.Good Ms. Office Skills
- Presentation skills
