Job Description
- Establishing and maintaining solid and firm relationships with customers and partners
- Setting up account management strategies and managing the sales process.
- Selling and promoting the company's products and services.
- Identifying customer requirements, needs and suggesting matching products
- Achieving sales targets
- Penetrating new accounts and building reliable networks of information and clients
- Developing a new business on a continual basis through forming relationships with relevant decision-makers
- Providing advice based on client requirements as well as developing the customer base further
- Being vital as part of the role to lead the process of tendering as well as planning and scheduling project implementation and delivery
- Liaising between the different internal departments to meet customers’ requirements
- Liaising with technical staff to tap technical problems of customers
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments
- Coordinating with Sales Manager and Partners for product information and clarification
- Collecting market information on competitors, prices etc
- Leading the whole process of tendering.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer science, Computer Engineering
- Fluent English
- Presentation Skills
