Responsibilities
Medical equipment procurement:
- Preparing detailed technical specifications.
- Technical evaluation of technical offers during procurement
- Inspection & Testing for acceptance
- Participate in installation and training of medical equipment.
Medical equipment management:
- Create and update for medical equipment and furniture Inventory.
- Troubleshooting, Repairs, and Corrective Maintenance and labeling malfunctioned equipment and monitoring downtime
- Periodic Inspection & Testing & Preventive Maintenance
- Medical equipment calibration.
- Daily and monthly reports about medical equipment problems.
- Material Stock (spare parts/consumables) Planning & Management
- Management of service contracts.
- Comply with infection control and health & Occupational health guidelines.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering.
- 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Previous work experience as a clinical engineer in hospitals is a must .
