Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and support the growth of our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
