Job Description
- Can manage all tickets requests reservations.
- Can issue, reissue and refund airline tickets to the customers using Amadeus system.
- Handling customer inquiries from beginning of the inquiry to its closing.
- Interact with clients over Phone, E-mail and other ways of communication.
- Follow-up with customers to maintain their satisfaction.
- Manage ticketing deadlines and canceled itineraries.
- Maintain the accurate review on the airline rules, policies, ADM’s and penalties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- At least 2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Amadeus basic and advanced is a must.
- Excellent in issuing, reissuing and refunding tickets via Amadeus.
- Computer and Microsoft Office Skills.
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Accuracy and punctuality.
