Job Description
- Executing sales strategies.
- Place customer orders in the computer system
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Process orders, forms, and application - Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Maintains sales reports
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Setting marketing plans and Tele sales campaign in coordination with the Optical Business Development
- Preparing reports and analyzing Tele sales data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- 6 months to 1+ year Previous experience in a reputable call center.
- Excellent customer handling capabilities.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc
