Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Handle guest communications before, during, and after stays (via Airbnb, phone, WhatsApp, or email)
Provide smooth and friendly check-ins/check-outs
Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized local recommendations
Resolve issues or complaints promptly with professionalism and empathy
Property Operations
Conduct routine inspections to ensure apartments meet brand standards
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain cleanliness and functionality
Restock amenities, welcome kits, and guest essentials
Manage calendars, reservations, and booking platforms
Administration & Reporting
Keep accurate records of guest feedback, maintenance issues, and expenses
Support compliance with Airbnb guidelines and local regulations
Job Requirements
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or customer service
Excellent communication in English & Arabic (spoken and written)
Tech-savvy ; able to use apps like Airbnb, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Positive, resourceful attitude and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and handle flexible hours
