Summary of the Job
Handling orphan business, taking care of clients' requests and providing best advice to insure sustainability and retention for orphan portfolio. Identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Also taking charge of the surrenders triggered from a certain amount (that falls under the scope of the channel) from the retail life portfolio and building retention offers to the clients.
Job Challenges
- Cope with the rapid expansion of orphan portfolio and shortage of necessary tools to provide a quality of service to all levels.
- Describe the key responsibilities of the job
- Enhancing persistency, lapsation, ACL and cancellation ratios according to PPU
- Proactive to maintain a good relationship with orphan clients by providing an excellence service to handle clients requests in a timely manner.
- Work in parallel with the Operations, Customer Services and other related departments to ensure smooth workflow and quality results.
- Achieving a sales target (up-selling and cross-selling) through identify opportunities throughout the whole portfolio.
- Conduct periodic analysis and reports regarding persistency, lapsation, ACL and cancellation ratios through a presentation to higher level management.
- Updating, analyze and identify areas of risk for PPU
- Comply with all relative legislation and codes of practice.
Job Requirements
Required Experience
- Higher education degree, Preferably AUC/GUC…. Graduates.
