Job Description
·Lead and supervise a team of maintenance engineers and technicians in the daily operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.).Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules to ensure all equipment and systems function efficiently and reliably.
·Monitor the performance of facility equipment and systems, identifying areas for improvement or repair.
·Oversee routine inspections, emergency repairs, and energy management to optimize building performance and reduce operational costs.
·Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
·Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions for repairs and improvements.
·Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, upgrades, and service contracts.
·Prepare reports on maintenance activities, budget forecasting, and facility performance metrics for senior management.
·Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are up to date with the latest safety protocols, operational procedures, and technical skills.
·Provide technical expertise during facility renovation, expansion, or equipment upgrade projects.
Job Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
·Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in a large-scale facility or industrial plant.
·Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical equipment.
·Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience leading a team of engineers or technicians.
·Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
·Ability to diagnose complex maintenance issues and implement efficient solutions.
·Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as building codes and compliance standards.
·Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to be on call for emergencies and respond promptly to urgent issues
