Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Understand the business requirements and needs of each project and implement these projects through performing software installation, configuration, and testing. Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for clients.

Job Duties

• perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the section goals.
• Participate in the analysis, design, and testing of software components. 
• Work in a client-facing capacity, to assess business needs, and to design and present software implementation solutions.
• Perform software installation, configuration, and database management for each new project.
• Serve as key liaison, work in all phases of software implementations, support teams in areas of development, configuration and issue resolution.
• Follow up on the project plan and define the milestones to be sent to the direct manager. 
• Report all bugs to the quality Assurance team on a regular basis. 
• Ensure smooth system integrations and quality implementations of the software within the agreed-on deadlines.
• Use different platforms to configure reusable software integrations.
• Work with clients to establish go live tasks and implementation milestones.
• Provide feedback to the development team on the installation and implementation process to help enhance the software and improve efficiency of future implementations.
• Conduct training sessions for software users for a better utilization of the system. 
• Participate in the sign off of the project with clients and follow up on their needs and provide required support.
• Develop and deliver training acceptance, installation acceptance, and user acceptance reports to the project manager. 
• Develop manual and automated workflow reports.
• Develop and update the project status report to be delivered to the project manager.
