Job Description
- Responsible for achieving the required sales target .
- Responsible for the quality of the interaction via chat .
- Sales forecasting .
- Developing the sales agents skills .
- Monitor agent KPI's .
- Develop sales strategy
- Coordinate sales activities and polices to promote products and services .
- Research and development appropriations .
- Support the company in formulating a long -term business development strategy .

- Support as well as guide the company’s management in appraising policies and strategies relating to Business Development.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills :
- Sales Diploma, MSc. A mini MBA is a must.
- Must have a strong experience in E-commerce .
- A call center background preferred.
- Leadership, Accountability and problem-solving skills.
- Focused on customer service
- Excellent in English both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have knowledge of E-commerce.
