Job Description

  • Meet, greet and solve customers inquiries.
  • Handle customers in a right way.
  • Redirect the customer to the needed department in case solving the problems needs another department interference.
  • Follow-up with customer regarding their enquiries.
  • Record and archive customers inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced with a min 1-2 years in Customer Service preferably real estate industry.
  • Excellent English is a must.
  • Communicate well and Lead Conversations.
