Job Description
A commercially savvy and results-driven Vendor Acquisition Team Leader to lead the identification, onboarding, and long-term success of high-value B2B vendors.
This role plays a critical part in driving category expansion, optimizing vendor performance, and aligning vendor acquisition strategies with business growth targets.
A key focus will also be placed on vendor forecasting and ensuring alignment with the cash flow cycle to support healthy business operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, vendor acquisition, or partnerships (preferably in eCommerce or retail)
- Strong background in commercial negotiation and relationship management
- Proven experience in vendor forecasting and understanding financial levers including payment terms and cash flow impact
- Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English for bilingual business communication
