Job Description

Operations Administration:

  1. Hospitality: Meet & Greet. Answering office phone
  2. Recruitment activities 
  3. Email communication and follow up (member profile, soft copy clients’ agreements, referrals, trainings registration, client’s communication, Primary CILs, Ambassadors)
  4. Writing sales contracts 
  5. Data basing and assigning Client Leads on CRM
  6. Agents Agreements and forms: Buyer kit & Seller kit 
  7. Sending WhatsApp broadcasts for Agents
  8. Create WhatsApp groups with developers 
  9. Archiving contracts and documents
  10. Reporting on Google sheets (Agent administration sheet, ambassadors’ sheet, etc.…)
  11. Dealing with Office Manager 
  12. Responsible for supervising on office maintenance, supplies and cleanliness
  • Financial Administration:
  1. Handling office daily Cash finances (incoming and outgoing)
  2. Collection and follow up of payments due on Office Sales Agents
  3. Communication and follow up of payments due on outside Developers companies
  4. Documentation and filing of receipts and invoices
  5. Daily reporting: Cash Ledger, collection status, etc.…
  6. If needed, go on errands for collection and finances.

Job Requirements

  • Organizational skills
  • Multi-tasker
  • Flexible and fast learner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good in (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Very good English – written.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience
  • Age: maximum 30 years old
  • Females only
  • Living near New Cairo
