Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialer Manager with expertise in Convoso to join our dynamic team. As a Dialer Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing call center operations and ensuring efficient utilization of the Convoso dialer system.


Responsibilities:
        1. Convoso Administration:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Convoso dialer system.
• Ensure efficient utilization of Convoso features to optimize call center performance.
• Stay updated on Convoso updates and implement new features for enhanced productivity.
 

        2. Campaign Management:
• Design and implement outbound calling campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics regularly.
 

        3. Team Training and Support:
• Provide comprehensive training to agents on Convoso functionality and best practices.
• Offer ongoing support to agents, troubleshooting issues related to Convoso usage.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
 

        4. Data Analysis:
• Analyze call data and provide insights to enhance dialer performance.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators.
 

        5. Compliance Management:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all dialer activities.
• Implement and enforce policies to maintain ethical and legal standards.
 

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Dialer Manager, with a focus on Convoso.
• In-depth knowledge of Convoso functionalities and configurations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements (TCPA/FTC 1:1).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: 40,000 to 50,000 EGP/Month
Location: Mohandessin, Giza
Working hours: 5PM-1AM Mon-Fri
