Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Identifying and approaching potential customers, understanding their order placement strategies and their decision makers and decision-making processes
- Identifying business opportunities and sales channels
- Finalizing and closing deals
- Working closely with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Analyzing trends and results and generates timely sales reports
- Analyzing sales statistics, determine sales potential and inventory requirements
- Building and promoting strong and long-lasting customer relationships
- Managing customers needs/feedback and communicate with tech team for product development
- Recruiting, setting goals, coaching and monitoring performance of sales team
- Assisting management in reaching company goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 6+ Years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Arabic and English
- Dedication to providing great customer service
