- Supplying the office with all the needed stationery, office & kitchen Supplies.
- Managing the operations of the office in terms of safety & maintenance of all the needed.
- Managing the cleaning representative & all the needed tools.
- Issuing all the needed pledges for all the sample entries of the mall.
- Managing all the courier companies.
- Cars Responsible in terms of pledges, cleaning, organizing & Maintenance.
- Responsible for any needed printing items ( Business cards, IDs, calendars)
- Assisting any teammate in any needed help.
- Sustaining the 5s in our office & meeting rooms.
- Creating positive vibes & good energy in our office by merging both teams together in a good spirit.
- Revising all the notes de Frais & issuing the cash vouchers to the finance team.
- checking & revising all the invoices we receive before payment by the finance department.
- Fixed one day every week in store
- Negotiating the cheapest deals with the hotels for business purposes.
